Voter Registration Deadline
Over the past few months, I've had the opportunity to travel around the country and talk with thousands of people about why they're standing with Barack Obama this November.
Each person I meet has the energy, enthusiasm and commitment that I remember people having four years ago; they know that President Obama has the best plan to keep our country, including cities like Newark, moving forward.
We know the support for our President is there, and we know the spirit and excitement around this campaign is unmatched. We also know our President can't win alone - and step one in ensuring the best future for our country is making sure you're registered to vote. This Tuesday, October 16th is New Jersey's voter registration deadline. Please take a few minutes this weekend to be sure your voice is counted this November. As I often say "Democracy is not a spectator sport." We need everyone to get in the game and play their part.
